Nice overview of FLW's design elements and how they evolved over time... what his influences were and how they were applied. This gives a broad overview of the many design elements that FLW employed and not just his light screens. A nice book with plenty of illustration of the designs being discussed. As a huge fan of his stained glass, 'light screens', this was a welcome addition to my already large library of books on FLW's body of work. This book highlighted other aspects of FLW design which I was familiar with but appreciated the discussion none-the-less. I would recommend as a nice introduction for anyone who is getting interested in the man and his work.
I threw this away. All most no designs in pictures. Just a lot of opinion, written out to excess.
I thought I had ordered a book and it was just a leaflet. I have had the book in the past and lost it but I was disappointed with this delivery.
